We receive many applications for our courses and cannot always guarantee all of our applicants a seat. When we accept applicants we are mainly looking at two different factors: professional level and group match.
All cancellations must be emailed to: email@example.com
Shortly after deadline, if accepted to a course you will receive an email stating that you have been accepted. In this email, you also find payment details. You can cancel your application within three days from receiving this e-mail without charge.
If you cancel after three days from this email and up until three days prior to the course you will be charged 50 % of the participant’s fee. If you cancel within three days of the course you will be charged 100 % of the participant’s fee.
If you are sick you can get a full refund with a document from your doctor.
Please note that you accept our cancellation policy when you apply for a course. It is therefore your responsibility to respond to the email send out after deadline on whether you have been accepted.
